1. General Provisions

33bdi (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we" or "Site") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These terms and conditions apply to all users of the platform, whether they are registered members or not.

• Each individual may create only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, they will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Verification

For the purpose of security and fraud prevention, 33bdi may at any time request documents (national identity card, driving licence, or passport) to verify your identity. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.

3. Age Verification and Eligibility

The services of 33bdi are strictly for persons aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is completely prohibited.

3.1 Age Proof Requirements

We may request proof of age documents at the time of registration or at any point thereafter. Some services may be restricted until age verification is complete. If it is proven that a user is a minor, the account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each payment method).
• Funds deposited must come from your own personal account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (the total of deposit and bonus must be wagered 10 times).

5.2 General Bonus Terms and Conditions

• Each bonus offer may only be activated once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Using multiple bonus offers at the same time may not be possible.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.
• 33bdi reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

Our VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.7%), and Gold (up to 1.0%). You can advance to a higher tier through regular participation and loyalty to the platform.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on 33bdi are conducted under the following rules.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be cancelled except in specific circumstances.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• 33bdi reserves the right to cancel bets in cases of clearly incorrect odds or pricing.
• Betting is available on cricket (BPL, T20, IPL, ICC tournaments), football, and other sports.

6.2 Casino Games

• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• If the connection is interrupted for any reason during a game, the game progress will be saved.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated by world-class providers such as Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The live dealer's decision shall be considered final unless a technical error is proven.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the 33bdi platform, and if detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits.
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Attempting to systematically harm the platform in collusion with other users.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in any game or system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting transactions using a third-party payment account.
• Conducting money laundering or other illegal financial activities through the platform.
• Harassing or threatening other users or staff.

33bdi reserves the right to forfeit all winnings and balances of any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities.

10.1 Steps After Account Closure

In the event of account closure, the remaining balance will be returned if no terms have been violated. However, if there is evidence of a breach, the balance may be forfeited.

• Losses arising from the user leaving their own account information unsecured.
• Issues caused by faults in third-party services or software.
• When a game or bet is affected by an unexpected server error or technical outage.

33bdi makes every effort to ensure continuity of service. However, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or other reasons. 33bdi will not be held responsible for any losses during such periods.
